Randahl has been coaching Executives and Performing Artists for over 15 years.

His skills have evolved from his initial work with professional actors and singers.  As a result of Mr. Hoey’s experience directing more than 60 television, film, theatre and opera productions throughout the U.S., Canada and Europe, he has gained deep insight into how the human mind works.

Producers began to reach out to him for advice.  The business community embraced his thinking as he facilitated the growth of organizations, their administration and the expansion of their sales staff so that goals were reached and exceeded.

Randahl holds a B.A. from Stanford University in Communications, the Troisième Diplôme in French from Alliance Française Paris and Business Studies completed at Colegio Cuidad de México.

Randahl speaks French and has a working knowledge of Italian and Spanish.  He has traveled to over 32 countries and currently lives in New York City.
